Foods to avoid are Wheat & Wheat products, Barley, Rye, Breakfast Cereals, Cakes, Sauses, Malt, French Fries, Salad Dressings & Veniger.
Foods that can be used are Ragi, Foxtail Millet, Rice, Corn, Almonds & Oats (only if mentioned as Gluten-free).
