I am Nisarga Shetty, Consultant Dietitian & Nutritionist, practicing in one of the famous Multi-Speciality Hospitals at Mysore, Karnataka, India.
I have completed my Masters Degree in Nutrition & Dietetics at JSS Academy of Higher Education & Research, JSS University, Mysore, India with the courses conducted by Govt. of India – The Mother Health, The Infant & Young Child Feeding, Adolescence Nutrition, Anemia, Diarrhea – Dietetics & Nutrition.
I have started practicing my Diet Consultancy after the completion of a long-term Internship in reputed Children & Women Hospitals & JSS Multi-speciality Hospitals.
Having the experience in consulting an ample number of patients with all kinds of health conditions like Diabetes, PCOD/PCOS, Infertility, Thyroid, Cholesterol, Hypertension, Pregnancy related conditions, Weight Gain & loss etc.

In My Early Stages
In my Childhood, I was wondering why people consume lots of medicines & suffer from the side & adverse effects, instead of preventing the disease with proper food habits.
Growing up as a daughter and granddaughter of Science Teachers, I developed a passion of finding out of nutrients in various foods and their effects on various health conditions. This inspired me to become a Dietitian and Nutritionist, dedicated to helping society by promoting healthy eating habits and happier lives.
